Cornishware: A heritage British brand embracing the modern world

From 2017 to 2021 I was the Digital Marketing Manager at Cornishware, a period that was marked by a substantial boost in online sales, recording an impressive growth of over 70% year on year.

This surge in sales was largely driven by the successful launch of a new Magento 2 website, coupled with the optimisation of key acquisition channels including email, social, paid, and affiliate marketing. The enhancement of our conversion rate from 1.9% to 4.8% stands as a testament to the efficacy of the digital strategies implemented. Engagement rates have skyrocketed, with our Instagram following soaring from 3k to over 40k, and a dramatic increase in our email click rate by 80%, which in turn amplified our conversion rate by 50%.

Due to relocation I transitioned to offering freelance services, and continue to provide Cornishware with project based work.
